Governing Body members, employees, consultants, volunteers, interns, facilitators and contractors where the subject relates to their role.

- Safeguarding failures.
- Serious policy or legal breaches.
- Falsified records or concealed risks.
- Workplace decisions that require formal review.
How to report
Email punjabisamvadasr@gmail.com, call +91 87280 33911, or send a written report to the registered office. Mark sensitive reports 'Confidential: Governing Body'. A report about the President should name a Governing Body member other than the President as the intended recipient.
Handling
Punjabi Samvad acknowledges a report within three working days where contact details are available. It assigns a person who has no conflict with the allegation, protects records, considers immediate safety steps and tells the reporter how the matter will proceed. Statutory complaints, including POSH and POCSO matters, follow their legal routes and timelines.
Protection and fairness
Punjabi Samvad does not retaliate against a person who raises a concern in good faith or helps with a review. A finding that evidence did not substantiate a concern does not make the report malicious. The organisation may act when evidence shows that a person fabricated a complaint or document with intent to deceive.
Punjabi Samvad follows applicable law where it sets a stricter rule or a different process. This public page does not replace a statutory committee order, employment term, funding agreement or signed internal procedure.
