CSR Partnership and Project Management Policy
Sets agreement, budget, delivery and evidence standards for funded projects.
Governing Body members, employees, consultants, volunteers, interns, facilitators and contractors where the subject relates to their role.
Project set-up
- Define the need, participants, geography and objectives.
- Agree activities, responsibilities, schedule and budget.
- Set indicators, evidence and reporting dates.
- Record safeguarding, data, branding and escalation requirements.
- Name the people authorised to approve changes.
Delivery and finance
The programme lead tracks work against the agreed plan. The finance team traces project expenditure to supporting records. Staff raise a material scope, timeline or budget change before implementing it when the agreement requires approval.
Impact claims
Reports distinguish activities, attendance, outputs and measured outcomes. Punjabi Samvad states the method and period behind a figure and does not report an outcome that the available evidence cannot support.
Close-out
The team completes the final narrative and financial reports, resolves unspent or disallowed funds under the agreement, stores core records and records lessons for future work.
Punjabi Samvad follows applicable law where it sets a stricter rule or a different process. This public page does not replace a statutory committee order, employment term, funding agreement or signed internal procedure.
