Controls official statements, programme claims and confidential information.
Governing Body members, employees, consultants, volunteers, interns, facilitators and contractors where the subject relates to their role.
Publication standard
- Use approved programme records for statistics.
- State the period and basis of material reach or outcome claims.
- Follow participant consent and child-safeguarding rules.
- Check names, partner marks and factual claims before publication.
- Correct a material error in content Punjabi Samvad controls.
Confidential information
Staff and volunteers must not publish participant records, safeguarding cases, internal disputes, donor-confidential material or personal data without authority. Personal social-media use must not imply that Punjabi Samvad endorses the user's view.
Incident response
Send a media controversy, account compromise or harmful publication to the Communications Lead. Preserve the original content, limit further disclosure and coordinate any correction with the responsible programme and safeguarding or privacy contact.
Punjabi Samvad follows applicable law where it sets a stricter rule or a different process. This public page does not replace a statutory committee order, employment term, funding agreement or signed internal procedure.
