Publication standard

  • Use approved programme records for statistics.
  • State the period and basis of material reach or outcome claims.

Confidential information

Staff and volunteers must not publish participant records, safeguarding cases, internal disputes, donor-confidential material or personal data without authority. Personal social-media use must not imply that Punjabi Samvad endorses the user's view.

Incident response

Send a media controversy, account compromise or harmful publication to the Communications Lead. Preserve the original content, limit further disclosure and coordinate any correction with the responsible programme and safeguarding or privacy contact.
